A generic version of Levitra is a popular drug for treating erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. The drug works by enhancing blood flow to the penile tissue and improving sexual function. Generic versions of Viagra and Cialis have similar mechanisms of action. However, there are some differences between these drugs. Generic Viagra is available in two strengths: 5 milligrams (mg) and 10 mg. Generic Cialis is available in 10 mg and 20 mg strengths. Both medications are effective at treating ED in the same way, which is similar to the results of the other ED treatments.
Cialis, the active ingredient in Viagra and Cialis Levitra, works by relaxing the muscles of the penis. When taken orally, Cialis can cause a decrease in blood flow to the area, resulting in an erection. The medication does this by relaxing the penile muscles and increasing blood flow to the area. However, if you take Cialis, it does not affect sexual performance or lead to an erection. It can also improve sexual performance in men who have low testosterone levels.
While Cialis can be effective in treating erectile dysfunction, it may not be as effective for treating other health conditions. Common side effects include headaches, indigestion, back pain, muscle aches, and back and abdominal pain. If you experience any of these, talk with your doctor. They can determine whether Cialis is the right medication for you and recommend a different treatment plan.
If you experience any of these side effects, stop taking Cialis and contact your doctor immediately. They may recommend an alternative treatment.
Taking Cialis with nitrates or certain medications may interact with the medications you are taking. This is known as a PDE5i interaction. You should not take Cialis with nitrates or certain medications unless your doctor tells you to.
It is important to follow the instructions provided by your doctor. The starting dose is one tablet of Cialis taken orally. The dose of Cialis for ED should be the same as the starting dose. This medication can be taken with or without food. The usual dosage is one tablet of Levitra. You should take one tablet about an hour before sexual activity and do not take more than one tablet an hour apart. It is important to not take more than one tablet of Levitra every day. Your doctor may prescribe a different dosage.
Cialis is available in a dosage of 5 mg and 10 mg. The starting dose is 5 mg. The dose of Cialis for ED is 20 mg. The maximum recommended dose is 10 mg taken once daily. The maximum recommended dose of Cialis for ED is one tablet once daily. The dose of Cialis for ED is taken 30 minutes to an hour before sexual activity.
Cialis can interact with medications you are taking. You should inform your doctor if you are taking any of the following medications:

Side effects usually resolve on their own within 48 hours. Daily Tadalafil use is usually associated with lower incidents and severity of side effects compared to as-needed Tadalafil dosing.

Possible drug interactions
Some drugs/medications may interact with Tadalafil. You should not take Tadalafil if you are taking nitrates (such as nitroglycerin tablets or patches) because the combination of these with Tadalafil could significantly lower blood pressure and lead to fainting or even death. Additionally, do not take Tadalafil if you are taking Cisapride, other ED medications (e.g. Viagra), Adcirca, or Riociguat.

Other important safety information
Patients who have a condition called “left ventricular outlet obstruction” from valvular problems or heart muscle enlargement may get side effects such as fainting or light-headedness. Because patients with recent heart attacks or stroke, heart pains (angina), heart failure, uncontrolled blood pressure or uncontrolled irregular heart beats, severe liver disease, and retinal eye problems have not been studied, Tadalafil (Cialis) is not recommended for these patients. There may be rare occurrences of priapism or painful, prolonged erections. This is a serious condition that requires immediate medical attention. Patients should seek prompt medical attention if their erection lasts longer than four hours.
After taking a single tablet, Tadalafil can remain in the body for up to two days. It can remain longer if patients have problems with their kidneys or liver, or they are taking certain other medications.

Whether you can take Tadalafil at the same time as your other medications will depend on which medications you are taking.
You are required to complete a short medical consultation questionnaire that asks for any medications that you are prescribed from your GP and will indicate the medications that can’t be taken alongside Tadalafil.
There are several medicines which should not be taken concurrently with Tadalafil. Medicines which can have potentially serious interactions with Tadalafil include :-
• Any alpha-blocker medicines e.g. doxazosin (Cardura), alfuzosin (Xatral), tamsulosin, terazosin, or Flomax, that you can buy in the pharmacy. (These medicines may be used to treat prostate problems or high blood pressure).
• Isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate, or use a GTN spray or tablets
for chest pain or use Rectogesic ointment?
• Nicorandil (Ikorel), used to treat angina
• Cimetidine, used to treat stomach or duodenal (peptic) ulcers
• Theophylline, used to treat asthma
• Antibiotics:- Clarithromycin, Erythromycin and Telithromycin
• Anti-fungals such as itraconazole and ketoconazole
• Seizure medication:- carbamazepine, oxcarbazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin and primidone
• Heart or blood pressure medication:- disopyramide, amiodarone, quinidine and procainamide
• Anti-viral medication:- telaprevir, atazanavir, retonavir, indinavir, saquinavir and cobicistat
• Recreational drugs:- amyl nitrate (poppers)

Tadalafil can sometimes lead to ischemic symptoms in men with heart and blood pressure but Tadalafil is not suitable for everyone. These should not occur with all medicines
Tadalafil can treat such symptoms as pain or pressure as it will not relieve pain in the penis
Tadalafil has to be taken regularly and it may take longer to get the best results from it’s use.
